Lunch Bunch Program
Parents may sign their children up for our Lunch Bunch Program, which includes an extended day of lunch (provided by you) and supervised play and activities with their friends at St Bernadette. The Program is available Monday through Friday, except on days when grades 1-8 are off or have a half-day of school. Parents may choose to pick their child up either at 1:30pm, or 2:45pm.
Availability: This program is available to any child who attends our 3 or 4-year-old Preschool Programs, or Half-Day Kindergarten.

Lunch Bunch Reservations/Payment: To reserve a spot for your child, simply return the calendar that is sent home to you marked with the days and times that you would like your child to stay, with the appropriate total payment amount in an envelope marked "Lunch Bunch." (Cash or checks accepted. Checks should be made payable to "St. Bernadette School.") The completed calendar and payment should be sent in to school with your child no later than the last school day of the month prior to the month in which reservations are made. This ensures proper Lunch Bunch Moderator staffing for the children.
*Should you need to schedule additional Lunch Bunch days after the monthly reservation has already been submitted, please complete a Lunch Bunch Request Form (also sent home with your child) and send it along with payment to your child’s classroom as soon as possible so that appropriate Lunch Bunch staffing can be coordinated.
"Same-day" Emergency Reservation: Should a need arise when a parent needs to extend his/her child’s day to Lunch Bunch (and no prior notice has been given), parents are required to contact Laurie Zepka, Lead Lunch Bunch Moderator at 610-446-2477 no later than 9:00am that day. Send payment in with your child in an envelope marked "Lunch Bunch." Include your child’s name and the pick-up time that you choose (1:30 or 2:45m.) Remember - "same day" reservations must be made no later than 9:00am!!! No exceptions will be made! This will ensure that the appropriate Lunch Bunch Moderator staffing is coordinated.
Pick-Up Time Punctuality: For your child’s safety, prompt pick-up time is essential. Please arrive at the schoolyard doors (Harper Avenue) no later than the time designated by you, 1:30pm or 2:45pm. (A $5.00 late fee will be assessed for any late pickups.)
