Welcome to 2nd Grade! My name is Lauren Gilligan. I grew up in Springfield, PA, attended Holy Cross Grade School and Cardinal O'Hara High School. I graduated cum laude from Saint Joseph's University in 2002 with a BA in Elementarty Education. After graduation, I began my teaching career at Our Lady of Fatima School teaching grades 3 and 6. I coached basketball for many years, was academic advisor to Student Council and helped plan various parish and school events. First Holy Communion and Reconciliation are very special to me. I truly enjoy preparing the students for these special sacraments.  
This is my 7th year at St. Bernadette's and I am so excited to be part of this special community! We are going to have a great year filled with learning so many new things and making long lasting memories :)
