Welcome to the Pre-K 4 (A) & (B) Web Page!
Weekly Email:
January 25-29, 2021
Dear Parents,
Our preK pals will happily welcome letter Hh and a hearty review of familiar shapes this week! Our friends decided to hold off placing their class-made bears into the hibernation den until all our buddies are present in school. The children will place their bears into a cozy den (that they painted and prepped) for a cozy winter's nap. The bears will stay in the den until the first day of spring when the children will open the den and wake up their bears!
Important Classroom Information:
Just a reminder that we go outside when the weather cooperates, so please be sure your child is dressed for the conditions and is wearing supportive footwear for moving and grooving.
Please send in clean masks in your child’s backpack. It is important that the masks fit well, too. Also be sure that your child’s extra set of clothing in a Ziploc bag is weather-appropriate and fits. Thank you!
Please note that if your child is showing symptoms of illness, i.e. runny nose, aches, nausea, diarrhea, he/she may return to school after 72 hours of being symptom-free without the assistance of medication. Thank you for your consideration of your child, the fellow students and staff.
We welcome donations of sanitizing wipes, paper towels and hand sanitizer. Thank you!
PENNY WEEK: This week our school is collecting loose change (and dollars, too!) in each classroom to support our St. Bernadette School's Tuition Assistance Program. If you have change you'd like to send into school, please place it in your child's backpack, and we will add it to our class collection jar. Collections will be received through February 5th. The winning classroom is awarded a pizza party. Woohoo!
PLEASE MARK ON YOUR CALENDAR: FRIDAY, JANUARY 29th IS A HALF-DAY of SCHOOL!
Dismissal for PreK 3 and PreK 4 students on Friday, January 29th is at 11:30am. Parents/guardians picking up by car should pull into the parking lot to pick up. Parents picking up from the walker line should do so at the Bond Avenue doors.
