We are so excited to announce that our 14th Annual Turkey Trot is open for registration Join us for the in-person event on 11/26/22 or participate virtually between 11/19/22-11/26/22. Once again, we have partnered with Bryn Mawr Racing and will use RaceJoy, a live running application to ensure a successful virtual run for those who choose that option.

THIS YEAR’S INCENTIVES:

• Registrants will receive a 2022 Turkey Trot T-shirt (11/1 deadline to guarantee your family a shirt) *Please note that for children 10 and under who register for the run/walk and dumpling dash, they will only receive 1 shirt.
• Medals to the fastest 5K runner in each age group
• Bernie's students who register to run or walk will receive a N.U.T. pass
• Bernie's students will be able to wear their 2022 Turkey Trot shirt on a designated school day

Raffle tickets will be available for pre-purchase through Venmo and on the day of the in-person event. Tickets are $20 for 25. Prizes include packages from Urban Air, Philadelphia Orchestra, Crayola, and Kendra Scott just to name a few!

Tickets can be purchased via Venmo to @SBS-Fundraising (St. Bernadette School Fundraise Drexel Hill). You MUST include in the NOTES section: Family name, email and number of sheets. This is to ensure that we get your tickets to the right place!  

Our raffles are a community favorite and in order to provide the best selection we are asking any families if they are interested in donating an item(s) or making a monetary donation to our raffle, to please contact Sarah Halley at sbsturkeytrotraffle@gmail.com for information. Any help provided makes a substantial impact and we are greatly appreciative.

Sponsorship opportunities are available and the categories are as follows:

EVENT ($1,000 contribution): You will be recognized as our event sponsor on the RunSignUp website, our school website, the parish bulletin, and other promotional communications related to the event.  Your name/company will appear most prominently as an official event sponsor on the back of our Turkey Trot participant shirts.

PLATINUM ($750 contribution): You will be recognized on our run sign up page, school website, Parish bulletin and will prominently appear on our Turkey Trot participant shirts.

GOLD ($500 contribution): You will be recognized on our run sign up page, school website, Parish bulletin and will appear on our Turkey Trot participant shirts.

SILVER ($300 contribution): You will recognized on our school website, Parish bulletin and will appear on the back of our Turkey Trot participant shirts.

BRONZE ($100 contribution): You will be highlighted on our school website.
